>sniper rifle
>better critical
>psycho'd myself up
>headshot, sneak bonus one down
>headshot, sneak bonus two down, and so on
>see alpha death claw
>bring it on bitch
>shoot him in the neck
>no headshot
>sneak critical doesn't do shit
>MFW as it rushes towards me

I walked into that place at Level 17 and it was a nightmare until I found a rock I could sit on where they couldn't get me. of course, NV enemies are a bit smarter and will run away if they detect that they can't hit you.
I fired nearly every bullet I owned and broke three guns before I killed enough of the fuckers to escape with the package. I was sniping with a minigun.
It was awful and I have forsaken that place for eternity.
