I personally didn't enjoy exploration all that much in Fallout 3, that's why I prefer TES. I'm playing Fallout: New Vegas at the moment, though. Pretty decent so far.
ive played fallout and the elder scrolls as much as anyone should and i cannot fathom or grasp how you can possibly like fallout OVER the elder scrolls
i get tastes. and differences. and preferences
and yet my statement still stands. it is beyond me

good day.
I'd always finish all other quests before going to Shivering Isles, so I could fully focus on the DLC and have no reason to go back. So SI has always been an end game level of the game for me. Same thing with Bloodmoon and Dragonborn.
Man, I miss the days when DLC didn't exist and the only way to add more content to a game was to release a full-fledged expansion with new territory and everything. Bloodmoon and Tribunal and Shivering Isles were the good **** .
Same. Oblivion is my personal favorite, but I consider Morrowind the pinnacle of the series.
Skyrim is a fun hack n' slash game (because it sure as hell isn't an RPG), but it's lacking in comparison to older titles in the series.
It's pretty easy to care about the combat when there's 4 arrows stuck in a mans head and he's being stabbed but not taking any damage because the Dice Gods don't like my ******* pants that day
You can't get into the world because everything wants to kill you and no you cannot fight back
That ******* larva will kill you because he has more Skill than you. **** your Flaming Daedric Claymore
A game that does not work, or works solely on dice rolls for a core component, is a bad game. That's like if in Fallout for example there was a 80% chance of you falling over and taking damage from walking because your Agility wasn't leveled high enough at the very beginning of the game
To be fair, the best Elder Scrolls game will always be the one that came out during your youth when the twinkle of imagination was still fresh in your mind.
That's cause Fallout 3 and NV are the equivalents of Oblivion. Skyrim is the watered down version. Wait until Bethesda decides to water down Fallout 4. THEN you'd be able to compare it to Skyrim.
I hope that you're wrong. All the extra customization in FO4 gives me hope though. Remember how you could craft spells and ridiculous mountain-leaping potions in Oblivion but not in Skyrim? I hope Bethsoft heard the complaints and are trying to go in the other direction with this one.
So do I, but I kind of doubt it. Everything I've seen so far, combined with Bethesdas' track record, indicates that it's going to be the Skyrim of Fallout - lots of hype, lots of new fans, lots of preorders, lots of disappointment for people who've played the previous two games.
Yeah, but the Almsivi were so macho that they could tussle with them. Word of god is that Vivec is read: was. The tricky bugger lost his power. Finally, justice for Nerevar. more powerful Auriel. The elven version of Akatosh.
I remember my first time trying Skyrim's DLCs. I was on legendary difficulty, I was kicking ass on the vanilla game, and I thought the Dragonborn DLC would be a breeze.
It was not. Not even close.
So according to you a strongman would be weaker than a bodybuilder, just because the bodybuilder has more defined muscles and a more impressive aesthetic?
I stand by what I said - a person with a muscular might be stronger than average, but looks are not friggin everything. Stats are.
I don't give a **** about strongmen and bodybuilders. We're comparing The Courier to The Dovahkiin. Show me a strongman with the body on the left. You can't be strong and have NO MUSCLES. That's not possible.
The Courier can't be as strong as Dovahkiin with that body. If his strength stat got him stronger than Dovahkiin, he would have bigger muscles than Dovahkiin.
I mean **** , Courier needs maximum strength stat to pull a sword out of the ground at the chinese memorial, but Dovahkiin lugs around heavy armor and a bag of **** , and can STILL jump on top of a ******* dragon and stab through it's scales and skull.
The person in the Vault 13 overall is not the Courier...
It's either the Vault Dweller or the Choosen One
I'd say the latter
But thats just anon saying some dumb **** , right?
The dovahkiin can kill a dragon god with brute force alone. If you even try to kill a Deathclaw using melee, you may aswell just climb in to its mouth to save you the trouble.
One handed.
He can cleanly decapitate a man in full steel plate, using a blunt weapon.
He can also shove an iron sword clear through steel plate armor. His arms are hydraulic pistons.
The amount of details is astounding. And to make it even better it's not just a homage to singular games, but both series as a whole. This picture is so damn good I'm actually getting goosebumps.
**omegadynasty used "*roll picture*"** **omegadynasty rolled image**
Both games are great. Just hope they improve the AI for followers for Fallout 4.
Always setting off traps, and **** .
