No but guise, Deathclaw is old Scandinavian for penis, and "snapping my femur like a twig" is really Scandinavian for "penetrating my anus, and also my heart."
Guys, he's really saying he stopped adventuring because he married a gay man.
Also check out what I found near his left hand. They're not even trying to hide it anymore
Were you referencing that thing that people say about "arrow to the knee" meaning "getting married"? Cause if so, I understand that reference. If not, eh it was alright anyway
Yeah, the difference being that there are always a few people who are unlucky and somehow get a defect game. With fallout it goes for a lot of people, but hey it's a bethesda game HUR HUR TODD HOWARD, if it was by Ubisoft or EA there would be a massive outrage.
I don't think you know what bugs are, cause what you are talking about is a manufacturing defect with the disc. The reason their admittedly buggy launch wasn't bitched on is because it had fantastic gameplay unlike the recent Ubisoft launches and pretty much all EA launches. Basically, you're a dumbass.
The resident evil comment was obvious sarcasm and I've played like 2 days and never crashed. Your source probably has a heaping pile if garbage for a computer
That it works for you doesn't mean it works for everybody, unlike consoles every PC is different, every person runs different software and hardware. A lot of time it has nothing to do with the minimum requirements but with conflicting software or poor support of certain hardware. Like the fact that if you don't use Nvidia or AMD you can't play the game. Or that if you enable Nvidia streaming service you're game crashes. This has nothing to do with the consumer end it's just poor testing and lazy by the developers.
"I just hate it when I have such a high frames per second during gameplay, it's so **** !"
"Oh god I just hate it when I have too much money that I can't keep it in my pockets!"
"Uhg all this pie I have in my fridge is taking up so much room."
great job doing research there bud
no you literary get stuck when you try to hack a terminal and the cause is having fps over 60. maybe try to look things up before acting like a smart ass.
so because you don't know anyone that has had the problem you're gonna deny any proof that the issue exists? also do the people you've seen own a 120/144 HZ monitor? because that might also be a part of what makes it happen.
so it's my fault that Bethesda can't optimize their game properly? blaming the consumer despite them meeting every requirement needed to play the game? are you seriously this far up Bethesda's ass that you refuse to acknowledge that the game has flaws and plenty of bugs?
Do you have Windows 10? Game was optimized for Windows 10 near the end of it's cycle. It doesn't run well on older versions of Windows (except 8.1).
Is it auto selecting to Ultra High? If so, go into the advanced settings and turn off Shadow Quality and put Godray's down to lowest possible. I've noticed that people have a lot of crashed when the poor PC optimization made it so older, less powerful cards have a harder time rendering some of the graphical options.
What are your computer specs?
I'm running an i7 3820, GTX 960, 750w PSU, and 16gb of RAM. I've got a solid 50 hours of gameplay on it without massive failures other than a crash when I alt-tab out of the game. Btw, that will happen a lot more if you don't turn anti-aliasing off.
I agree that it was poorly optimized (because the Xbone and PS4 versions are running smoothly with zero issues) for PC but until Bethesda/Mod Community fixes it.
Why is at always YOU who is on every single fallout thread. ANytime that anyone posts anything relating to fallout 4, you automatically have to be in the comments bithcing about how much you hate the ******* game, and how you ******* hate bethesda. Like ******* hell man, it's never anyone else who complains with this much salt. Here's a bit of an Idea, if you don't like the game, then don't play it? I hate steven universe, but I don't always post in the comments, acting like I'm a holier-than-thou asshole.
Nothing wrong with /v/.
I mean, they are a bunch of negative, contrarian faggots, but I'd rather have a board full of people who are at best cautiously optimistic about something and scream "IT'S **** " as soon as someone finds a flaw than people who will eat up everything, overhype and circlejerk over it and adress people who complain about bugs with "well it works on my machine". But that's just me.
Which is why I avoid /v/ like the plague and go on the threads in /vg/. Less cancerous and people actually talk about games without throwing **** at it.
Brotherhood is just a tad bit too Chaotic Evil for my tastes actual spoilers ahead Such as slaughtering the entire Railroad just because they help Synths then they ask you to execute Virgil just because he's a Super Mutant. Not to mention Maxson
I feel like they make you the Executioner of the brotherhood once you join up.
I mean i'm all for PURGE KILL BURN. But compared to the "Yeah we help the little guys and shoot super mutants. Also gib technology." Brotherhood of Old it just seems a little extreme. But it does make the game more interesting by throwing the question of "How far are you willing to follow your orders soldier?" Kinda like Spec Ops the Line in a way.
I'm still going through with them for my first playthrough however. Can't wait for a Space Marine Power Armor replacement mod so that they can actually be Space Marines.
SPOILERS: Oh man. Slaughtering the Railroad was the ******* worst. Had to gun down Deacon who was the only person there who stood up for me, and had back my back when they threatened to kill me. **** it hurts to think about.
I actually joined the Brotherhood on my second playthrough, and planned to be a devoted follower who obeyed every order. But the orders just get ******* harsher and harsher. I had to disobey a few and break character because I personally couldn't bring myself to do some of the things.
Side note: You're not doing a true Brotherhood of Steel playthrough if you don't romance Danse as a male. You have to experience true Brotherhood Bond.
They were the best hood, I just can't continue working with them in Fallout, after the massive hatred of synths, as well as the clear signs they're heading towards some purge of the commonwealth
I thought the brotherhood is more akin to the adeptus mechanicus with their love of fixing technology and collecting da shiniest bitz. I mean I can totally see "steel be with you" mutating into "The omnissiah knows all, comprehends all." after 39000 years.
Plus the machine cult does indulge in a good ol' fashioned purge every once in a while.
Well, they have a titan in liberty prime, and if you walk around in power armour without a helmet you replicate the hilarious little head that their commanders have
killed my first 'human' synth today... how is their intelligence level?
i like to immerse myself in those kinds of games so i might just make my character so his story is like he's trying to steer the brotherhood down a better path if what you're saying is right :S
also everything considered i wish i could meet Fawkes, he can very well be allive since i think its only like 10 years since the events of fallout 3
It is about 10-20 years since Fallout 3. You meet FO3 characters in FO4. For instance Elder Maxson, who was in the citadel being trained by Elder Lyons and being a little kid in Fallout 3.
I didn't go with the brotherhood, I did at first, but threw my lot in with the railroad after realising it looked like a purge was happening They're building liberty ******* prime again, and really seem like he isn't just meant for the institute but a friend of mine already finished the story, with the brotherhood, he hasn't spoiled it for me, because I'll go for it in a future playthrough, but he has made it sound like he's feeling A LOT of regret over choosing them for the commonwealth champs
Honestly though, that is kind of what I liked about the brotherhood here, back in the other games they were pretty easy to like despite what their goals are, here, it's a lot harder, but I am brotherhood through and through. Danse is the exception, bromance to the max.
Oh cool, I'm going for a Railroad playthrough in my first game, but a friend of mine finished his Brotherhood questline and didn't seem to think it had gone well, he keeps saying he now regrets his new wasteland a lot
Well, the brotherhood did a lot of questionable things, and I don't want to spoil them, but a lot of people die, a lot of smart yet ignorant people die, and all of them had good intentions.
Actualy FO4 spoilers Anyone else start working with the brotherhood for a while because WOOHOO, Prydwen, power armour, VERTIBIRDS, but then slowly stop because I realised not only the giant hatred of a lot of people I liked, as well as the anti-synth behaviours, but also the building of Liberty prime, that just smacks "we aim to crush everything in the commonwealth" note that I'm not quite at the end yet
I'm planning on finishing Blind Betrayal, getting Danse off the brotherhood, then go Railroad and blow the Prydwen to hell.
While mass genocide of anything that's not human is one of the reasons, I'm mostly pissed off about the fact than everything that I did in Fallout 3 didn't matter because Elder "muh chain of command" Maxson just told everyone to **** off and took over the Capital Wasteland. Ironically, the BoS in this game reminds me a lot of F3 Enclave.
ironically the BoS in this game is more accurate then 3's rendition. and by all rights Elder lyons was pretty awful
Simple way to put it, the BoS is supposed to be a mix between the imperium of man and the Tech-priests. Anything that isn't theirs is wrong, and anything thats not human is good as dead.
I know, but even so, it felt kinda nice at the end of 3 to know that you managed to do some good in the ******** that's Fallout's world, then this asshole came around, went "lol no" and ****** everything you did.
I wonder if Charon and Fawkes are still alive, it wouldn't surprise me if he ordered them executed.
eh, probably, but whats funny is now that maxson is in charge everyone seems to like him better then lyons. Like straight up he does a better job is how it sounds
What he does is a better brotherhood job, because Lyons really went against some of the beliefs of the Brotherhood, but in terms of likeable individuals, **** Maxson, he's a douche
Is it possible to switch sides whenever? I'm on the mission where you need to talk to all the scientists about building the Nuclear Reactor for the Institute but I decided to go back and start doing the Minutemen stuff, and the more I think about it they're the ones who should probably inherit the Commonwealth, since they're all about the Community helping the Community
I did that while sided with BoS, then told Shaun I'd work for the Institute , then did Bunker Hill, then stopped there for them. Am I completely ****** out of the Minutemen ending?
That's where he got shot? **** i was just rolling around diamond city to pick up piper, and i came across danny I thought he was in mortal danger, so i went to get a doctor...What a ******* pussy.
>Be me
>3 am in morning yesterday
>'I think I'll just finish this mission then go to bed'
>Finish mission
>Credits roll
>"War never changes"
That was the single most unclimatic end to a fallout game ever, usually you know that it's going to be the end of the game before it ends. But all I got was "Hey dad I'm gonna sleep now" (Dies) -The End.
Mr House's death wasn't the end of the game, the end of the game was when you defeated that centurion dude and the NCR come at you.
There was no nuking, but maybe that happens if you go a different route to finish, but in the route I took, I became the leader of the institute, killed the railroad and BoS, and then Shaun dies of old age, then it's the end.
Mr. House's death was SUPPOSED to be anticlimactic. He was this great man that basically defined robotics and computing and was still one of the most powerful men in nevada over a century after the war, and he dies a pitiful, lonely and meaningless death.
