Its not a meme. Im shit at explaining shit like this but basically a meme is something that is used in a certain way or has something associated with it, for example condescending wonka, obviously he always has a condescending tone to people complaining about stupid shit, or GGG always being helpful or whatever. This is just an image that is being photoshopped, that's it. Also a meme has some form of notoriety and popularity behind it, this is just something that is going around being shopped for a couple of days and will rarely bee seen again after about a week or two. Hence the reason why you cant just chuck up a picture and text togethor and call it a meme. Basically it needs its own trait and people need to give a shit
