Presumably, yes, but just - it's answering questions no one asked and no one wanted to ask. It also (at least in one play group I have been a part of) would have encouraged the PCs to poison the unsuspecting lady (basically force either their wife or some NPC to miscarry that didn't want to) by sneaking it into their food/drink.

As the name implies, it's a tea. So a high dose here would be well over a liter.

To clarify, it does make it better remembering this isn't a plant used for other medical purposes and that people wouldn't miscarry due to trying to live or something.
