Pretty much he was an announcer for the Ms. Universe 2015 and he misread the card and said the wrong person and after she was mid celebration on stage, he came out and said he made a boo-boo and that she wasn't the winner, the other person was.

Wait a minute...didn't he say that the "runner up" was miss Columbia? Am I just hallucinating here, or did he not explicitly say that. He said that the runner up would be Miss Columbia, meaning the other girl would be the one to get sashed?
