this might sound weird, but my gf, a few friends of ours, and I are trying to start up our first game, if you want in on it just PM me, we're all beginners, and pretty nice people if I do say so myself, so you're free to join in.

do you have free time and a decent imagination if so i occasionally try and do dnd games with some friends on roll20.net but we dont play as often as we like due to not enough players we have 3-4 consistent players but realistically need like 6

Playing online sucks a lot of the fun out of it. The best way to get started is see if you can pick up a cheap copy of the Player's Handbook and run the example adventure in there with a few friends. If enough of you enjoy it, get the other players to chip in for a Dungeon Master's Guide and Monster Manual, and hey presto, you've got your very own D&D group. Most people find it a lot easier playing with friends than strangers as well, as it's often easier to get into character if you're playing with people you're comfortable making a jerk of yourself in front of - everyone does at some point, so it's good to be able to laugh at yourselves

My friends aren't the kind of people who'd like to play tabletop games , it was hard enough to convince them to buy CS GO when it was 5 $ and they love it so much now. Still wanna try thou , strangers is better than nothing , rite ?

Damn, that's a shame - there's plenty of places you can find online groups though.

Try Reddit's LFG sub:
