Hey, I need some help. I'm doing a computing project (40% of my final grade) and I need some user feedback. I have decided to get part of this from you guys. The survey is about PathfinderRPG (Yeah, I know it shouldn't really be in this channel but this is effectively our /tg/), but it's really just about input forms for things so if you've never played then you can still brush up on character sheets and generators and submit something. It is really ******* short, so please give it a go. Thanks

Please post any info about how you personally generate characters that you don't feel the survey goes in to very much here as a reply and I will try to get through all of them.

I am looking for stuff about what you use to make your characters, whether you use character generators and what you like and don't like about them or if you don't use them, why you don't use them

ill say my big things here too. pro helps find things and does most of the grunt work. con most of the builders dont stay up to date or have house rule buttons.

I really do not know how to answer the questions in the survey and it looks like you do not want just ANY answers, sooo I'll just thumb you up for now. Then watch the last two episodes of supernatural season 2 and then (if I remember, because I'll be quite drunk by then) I'll go have a look at what pathfinderRPG is.

If you've ever played D&D 3.5 it's practically the same, just backwards compatible to it.

Pathfinder is great in my opinion. It's its own story yet loose enough to be molded into your own campaign. The rules are open to interpretation, making the rules easy to bend and work around. The bestiaries are easy-to-read/understand not to mention as I've said before, it's loose enough to mold creatures into your campaign.

I.E. A black dragon lives in a swamp (normally) however in my campaign, this particular black dragon also lives underground...in a swamp-like environment.

^^ I'm still a newb when it comes to "DM"ing a campaign but I hope this helps!
