OK, I give up. I can't find it. Which part of that hammer fires bullets? Because if my limited knowledge of YMCA or whatever the **** this was called is correct, everything is also a gun. Including some of the characters. I assume.

hammer = grenade launcher like one of those 6 barrel things so the hole on the hammer part is what fires when its a hammer

That seems absurdly dangerous, impractical and virtually impossible to aim properly. But then again, one of the characters uses a goddamn scythe as a weapon, so I guess it's par the course.

RWBY Chapter 8: Players and Pieces

At 7:06 you see it in action as a hammer that fires. She still has to pull the trigger to fire it, but it is placed in a way that she can pull it as she hits things.

As for danger, they all have an "aura", a depleteable force field generated by their soul that allows them to tank absurd amounts of damage. However, if that is gone due to taking to many hits, they become like normal squishy humans like us, and a blow that would break a normal persons' bones, will break theirs, so she would probably have to refrain from using that aspect of her weapon if her aura was gone.

how so, it's still got all the internal mechanisms, the only that really changes is where she needs to place the barrel/hammer to be effective. and dude, it's a ******* anime your taking it way to seriously.

I want to yell "THAT IS NOT HOW GRENADE LAUNCHERS WORK!", but I have to go watch a podcast, so I'm not gonna go into the physics of why that wouldn't add any extra force to the swing and would even make it weaker, as well as turning the user into minced meat, because SHRAPNEL IS A THING!

You know that morph gun from Jak 2 Renegade? Or the gear from Monster Hunter?It's like that. Somehow every weapon in that reality comes with a close-combat mode and a ranged combat mode.
The characters each have one latent parapsionic abilities which resemble their personality, the girl you just saw malleting four people into a stadion forcefield obviously has super strength.
And the hammer transforms into a grenade launcher, yeah I also have no idea where they store the ammo and why it is a good idea to hit people with a metal object that somewhere stores explosives inside itself but then again everything is powered by magical elemental crystal dust anyways.

Now my GM is sick of this kind of **** here, so now we have turn timers, Good news, it drops the ammount each turn takes(so our like 2-4 hour battles take like 30-90 minutes now) but now we have an issue, Our wizard and summoner DESTROY **** (level 11 group, wizard is going to become a lich, summoner is stupid, but also knows how to barely not break the system with summons for example, he used a tigger, which did 200+ damage in one attack round, The gm put down his foot on that ******** atleast, while the wizard basicly tied up this demon ****** , droped him in a pit, and let him be crushed to death.
