You can also look into Savage Worlds: Necessary Evil.
it was a great campaign for supers/antiheroes and touches on morality and scale. it was...well **** , it was really good when I played it.

donbionicle (11/17/2015) [-] Oh man, if you guys liked this, check out Irredeemable on viewcomic. It's this same idea, with a full 37-issue comic book run. Don't worry too much about backstory/related comics, that one title is all you really need.

I think it's the greatest superhero/villain story ever written and this reminded me of it heavily the whole way through, even though the plots are completely different. Please read Worm, you will love it. Every character in it feels like they could be a main character in their own right; as in, they're all fully fleshed out people. The author knew who every person was before he wrote the story, and he doesn't infodump the stuff on you at all, but you know the background information is there. They have so much depth. The character development is fascinating and wonderful. The powers are so, so cool, and 'weak' powers are used to amazing effect, especially the main character's. The plot is awesome, it's just too wonderful to describe.
Thanks for the reccomendation on Irredeemable, though, it's pretty cool. I'm not too far into it yet.
