How Do I Play A Runepriest?

Hey, relatively new DnD player here. I've been trying to figure out how to put together a decent build for my first DnD character (Lv.4 Dragonborn Wrathful Hammer Runepriest), specially a leader with some tankiness to fall back on. Since the Wizard Of The Coast forums were taken offline, it's been hard to find any sort feedback. If anyone could throw a few pointers my way, I'd appreciate it.
