I agree about the arm. its obvious that the artist used a real life image of someone standing around with their rifle. This is a common way to hold a rifle with one exception, this shotgun is not on a sling. It looks like he is resting his hands but what is holding the shotgun up?

Underneath the trench coat could be light weight armor or just normal clothing

seems like a easy way to protect the entire body as long as its not just flailing around when they walk.

it's an actual physical model so most likely that's exactly what they did, took the head off a halo toy and put it on another body

Yeah, nah, probably not Fallout. The modern-style gloves and web belt kinda doesn't mesh with Fallout's retrofuturism.

i traced it back to an action figure website but can't find where it's actually located on the site, it was onesixthwariors.com if you want to try yourself, they might mention what it's made of there, but it definitely has to be based off of something, there's no way that there's just some stand alone toy set with that level of detail
