Am i the only one who hates it when people Rp something really..Unoriginal?

I've found it to be a really stupid thing in a lot of places recently.

"Man i'm going to be something from the underdark"
"oh cool like Illithid or something?"
"Drow."
"..."

"Man i wanna rp something for the forest"
"Bugbear? Centaur? uuuh Maybe some kind of demon?"
"Faun/elf"

Hell, I hate it when trying to rp with my fellow undead, And ALL OF THEM choose the handsome / Cute race so they don't look ******* undead.

I'm the only Wight king walking about with flesh hanging off my bones, armor and a weapon choice of the ******* Diablo skeleton king, and the rest of the people who class themselves as "Undead" are either Vampires or Liches who disguise themselves 24/7. **** them.
