Pictured here is my gnoll druid and a tiefling ranger (the ranger's player commissioned the art).
Yes the eagle is wearing a cowboy hat. Always remember to specify things when commissioning art or else the artist will draw what they think you meant.

I like more of the pure evil gnolls because I stick with the "spawn of an an insane evil god that encourages rape, slavery, cannibalism, and cruelty" approach.
