thereisaguy [OP]ONLINE (01/10/2016) [-] Probably, the Draconomicon for 3.5 has an example red dragon/orc character. The dragon traits are usually dominant and all you get is a particularly angry and bulky half-dragon.
Dragonborn are a bit different (at least in 3.5) where it's a blessing that transforms the appearance but still uses the same "frame" of the person transformed after the ritual.
