Wasn't that female member of Bardocks team in the manga?

She was there, as was several other females in the Bardock special, none of them went super sayian...

yes, but she did not turn into a SUPER sayian, which is what it was talking about.

Otherwise Pan would count

Although you're right, I'd like to point out that GT isn't canon, so pan wouldn't count.

Pan was in the last episode of DBZ as a baby

Ohyeah... Does she even count as a saiyan though, with just how watered down her genes are at this point? I mean her uncle and father gained their super-saiyan state at a much younger age than she is in GT.

They explained it that for a sayian descendant to be able to go super sayian they must be ATLEAST 1/16th Sayian. That means they can go 4 generations of watering down before they can no longer be considered Sayian

No one ever remembers Bulla. She is half sayian too. She never went super sayian and she is older than Pan.

Yeah but she doesn't fight, she just goes shopping all the time like her mom so she can grow up to be just like her and lead men around for years before finally marrying and having kids with an arrogant self-centered prick who cares about nothing but his own reputation

Ah right, I read it wrong.
