it takes max 20 seconds to convert a youtube to a webm, given you have the proper setup.

So something is really broken for me on your content. I get the message you uploaded something, look, and it says "uploaded 20 seconds ago" but then there are comments and it's like "4 hours ago".

Not sure about this, but I think it's because he can put up content that actually gets posted in a certain amount of time (like 4 hours) and only he and the people he mentions in the comments can see it before it goes up. If you don't get it, it's probably because I worded it wrong

what aeros said. I use that time-delay posting option that admin added in august, which still allows you to use the comments before the post goes live. I post my mentions early, so roughly 800 people get to see the content before anyone else, and they leave their share of comments.
