I will let you in on what a normally FJ thinks...Or at least how I do...Normally I pass through pony posts because it isn't my thing, but I respect your right to view it. When I see about a hundred posts about ponies though it gets really annoying. Most of those are just crappy fan art, or "I love ponies! Love me bronies!" posts. If those stupid posts were just cut out and kept to the pony thread uncle dolan gave you guys, things would be better. By all means though, post your comics or what ever else, but the fan art and text...It is just ridiculous. Sorry for the paragraph.

You can get comment thumbs though. Fan art and text doesn't deserve content thumbs. They have specifically designed websites if you want to show off your art skills.

There is no point even arguing about it. MLP (and dolan) are like marmite, you either love it or hate it. You obviously don't "respect our right to view it" if you get a little pissed at a few pony posts. Plus, a lot of people do fan art (mainly Pokemon) which reaches frontpage quite regularly, try telling them to go to their "specifically designed websites.

I have never seen a fan art of anything make it to front page. Plus, I could not care less about a picture someone drew, Pokemon or not. There is not just a "few" pony posts. Also, if you re-read my comment, I said I respect your right to post anything except fan art and text., because those things are ridiculous and unnecessary. Those things should be kept in the pony thread.

The way I see it, If Dolan is posted in the dolan channel (or in your case, ponies) then skip on by, if you thumb it down you're just a hater. If it's not in the dolan channel, then thumb it down if it makes you feel better. Until uncle dolan gives us filters, deal with it.

Did I ever say I thumb down posts in my comments? No. I was letting someone know what was bothersome to others and why they get hate from some of FJ.
