still a ******* nurse? he was the gaurd of the museum where the pandorica was held, wasnt he? doesnt that count?

but for funny's sake, think of the interview for him to get that job. do you think that when he heard the museum had the box he showed up in full roman garb and demand the position?

The contrast of Rory in season 5 and then seeing him in the first episode of 6 was incredible. Goes from neutral, bland character to a total badass.

I don't know if I'd say he was ever really "bland" -the doctor and amy were very brave and kind of "take on everything with no fear" -if Rory had been just like them the show wouldn't have been half as good.

Yeah definitely needed some sort of "counter" to their adventerous personalities. But all the same, huge difference aha

False. Rory was a nurse before he went in the Tardis with The 11th Doctor and Amy (his soon to be wife). He became a roman soldier and almost killed Amy, but put her in the Pandorica so that she could be healed. So he was a nurse before he spent that time guarding Amy in the Pandorica, not after.

Maybe that's why it says "still" a nurse, dumbass.

He's not STILL a nurse. The time you see him as a nurse is before he has been in the Tardis and doesn't ever go back to being one after.

I was simply stating facts.. you're the one throwing out all the harsh words. As a fan of the show, I found it necessary. Honestly being so mean about a post correcting the theory is the opposite of what you were trying to do, which was influence people to laugh. All you had to do was say, "oh okay I was wrong" and not use so much profanity when trying to make a point. But I suppose that is just a suggestion, right?

I was not the anon nor was I the person making any claim before this. (Or the person who made the content)

As a fan of the show I would think you would understand when the need to correct a joke is needed and when it is not. A joke based on clearly wrong events in the Dr.Who timeline, or anything to do with serious flaws with the canon is something that needs correcting. Something that is obviously a joke, and is simply making a point that Rory was a nurse and otherwise hasn't done much in that field since the Doctor arrived.

The "harsh language" is used as a form of expression, so we can both understand that and not try to play the profanity card when really does language matter in this scenario? No it doesn't.

So to sum it up, was OP TECHNICALLY wrong? yes. Was it worth pointing out? No not even close and your a pretentious prick for thinking otherwise.

Now now, someone has a temper. You see, I hadn't intended on being a "pretentious prick" until you verbally insulted me. The simple fact that you care so much about one person correcting you on this shows a little about your personality as it is. I, in fact enjoyed the joke, and liked it. There was no reason to get so upset over one correctional post now was there?
