I know right? And we all know how the BBC never reuses actors with small parts in any other major roll. Well except Martha Jones and her cousin at Torchwood in Doomsday, or The maid from The Unquiet Dead, who looks JUST like Gwen from Torchwood, and Oh that girl in Fires of Pompeii that could pass for Amy Pond... Should I go on?

And we all know that the BBC has a strict policy against re-using actors from minor roles, and recasting them in longer roles. They just get people who look like people they used before. Like Martha Jones and her cousin who worked for Torchwood during Doomsday. Oh and that maid from The Unquiet Dead who looks JUST like Gwen from Torchwood. I almost forgot that girl in Fires of Pompeii who could pass for Amy Pond... Should I go on?

Actually the BBC have reused a few actors/actresses in Doctor Who, including Karen Gillan who played Amy and Freema Agyeman who played Martha. It's not impossible that Simon Pegg could/has been asked.
