Whovian here who only started with DW classic, but has heard nothing but good things about Tom Baker's portrayal of the Doctor. Can someone suggest for me a few of his better episodes/story arcs that I could watch to get an understanding of his character? Will reward with random pics

sadly its true... for example there is a 40 million dollar museum called "creation museum" and its basically built by creationists who refuse to let go of the old bronze age idea that the world is 6000 years old so they try to think around it by building this museum to teach people that dinosaurs lived with humans 6000 years ago ...
User avatar #58 to #29 - misscleoisotaku (04/11/2013) [-]
My uncle and his family went there last week. When they came back, they wouldn't stop raving about how much "good work this museum has done to disprove the lies spread by modern media and the government."

I don't have a funny reaction to end this with, just wanted to share how stupid silly my relatives are.

INB4 "Cool story bro".

This isn't even an opinion, this is just idiocy. "Hurr the bible doesn't mention gravity so it doesn't exist, it obviously gods farts keeping us on the Earth. Whats that? You have mountains of evidence contradicting that statement at every turn? You're just a devil worshiper, your PHD and hundreds of years worth of material doesn't mean **** to my basement education and heavily translated two thousand year old book"

there is a very interesting book about a man who looks into that topic to see how and where it originated. he discovered that the theory is actually a fairy reacently

yes, young earth creationism is a 17th century creation by Bishop James Ussher, but it's rooted in a bunch of nonsense voodoo mathematics and is based entirely upon the bible.
