Today in history class we saw a pic in the history book of a civil war hospital. and in the middle of all the people in pain and people helping them was a man just sitting there in the middle of it all with his legs crossed, and smiling, and he looked exactly like David Tennant. The only sad part was that when I said "OMG ITS THE DOCTOR!" people were just like ohh yeah it probably is just one of the doctors posing or something. When I tried to explain that I was talking about a TV show they all just stared at me blankly. None of them has ever even heard of Doctor Who :(

In the UK the term is usually Holmesian. I'm a big fan of the actual books, also a lot of the films (Peter Cushing and Basil Rathbone being favourites). I have been reluctant to watch the BBC's Sherlock because a lot of it's fans seemed to love the RDJ movie which made me want to burn things. Is the series definitely worth a watch?

I think Eccleston was important to developing the Doctor's character. I don't want to rant, but he was the more violent and reckless doctor, regenerated specifically to fight in the Time War. Rose softened him up in time for his more fun and merciful regeneration, David.

TL;DR: Opinions are good. Just like bananas.

This isn't a photoshopped picture. This is actually a guy who looks like Matt Smith hanging out with the Beatles. AND Steven Moffat has tweeted saying that this probably's gonna be a plot soon.
