Yeah, he retained 2000 years of knowledge, so it's pretty much the same as being that old.

He might as well be 2000 years old because he retained the memory. Which doesn't really make much sense. Because that much memory would make the brain expand so much, and his head would explode. Because he remembered all that in one instant. (When Amy remember The Doctor after the second Big Bang)

SPOILER ALERT! Technically he never died, he was mortally wounded then removed from the space time continuum, then came back as a robot and then put back when the entire universe did a sort of reset.

Yeah, he's a robot that can somehow have children.

That would be a fucking awesome plot twist - he's the master, he just doesn't know it yet.

If you would watch the family of blood episodes again you woul have known that there is a device that can transform a time lord into a human.

He did this this in said episodes and at the end of Season 3, it is shown the Master had done the same thing, after which he actually aged like any normal human. Also only one heart while human.
Needless to say this theory is completely viable and I so hope it to be true, cause that would be so awesome.
