I built my TARDIS on my Tekkit Lite server.
I used mini-blocks such as panels and strips for the actual TARDIS part and I used a pocket dimension (part of the DimDoors mod) for the interior.
I designed it as a sort of teleportation hub to all the places I could possibly need to go to such as all my friends' houses and ****, but we stopped playing on this server before I could set it all up which is why there are doors simply labeled "place". As placeholders.
I also suck at aesthetics, which is why the interior looks so terrible. Also a while after I built it I realized I should have made it out of lapis lazuli blocks rather than blue wool.... I had thousands of lapis but very little wool.

Nice! I built a Tardis exterior with bukkit, but didn't have enough room for an interior.

Lapis looks better for a classic series tardis because there the tardis is always stained for some reason, and lapis lazuli blocks have a stained look to them, and blue wool looks better for a new series one because it's not stained, like blue wool is.
although stained clay is better for a new series one because unlike blue wool, it's not flammable
