Is it just me or does creature at 0:27 look like Garrus?

It's what would've happened if Garrus was turned into a reaper.

aww digestive end product this looks so sick

i used to have a favorite doctor
(and i can actually give a full essay of logic why each of the four most recent [including hurt] is either the "best" doctor, the "most doctor" doctor, the "most entertaining" doctor, etc.)

but after binge-watching all of the new series twice in a row over the past month ive concluded Matt Smith is the one im most likely to enjoy rewatching
which eventually led me to the conclusion that the show is just getting better.
its a new century
the writing is better, the character development is better, and the mindintense bodyloveery is just... better

TL;DR i cannot wait for this new one. i bet capaldi'll be my new favorite

(P.S. did anyone else notice Capaldi played a role in a previous episode? the fires of pompeii )

I've gotta completely agree with you there, though I think Tennant will always be my personal favourite. And yes, he played the father of the family in Pompeii.

for me Tennant is the more doctor-like doctor mainly because of the way he looks and his ability to talk super-fast and say all those wibbly wobbly non-sense (although nothing beats the doctordonna)

totally agree on Capaldi, I've read that he will be a darker Doctor, I really can't wait to see that side of him

yup

tennant, despite what they blatantly said in Day of the Doctor, is most certainly the "most doctor" doctor to me

you just cant get around that. it happens when your actor spends his life dreaming of one day playing the character

capaldi a darker doctor eh? i can certainly see how and why......but now that you've said it (even if you were lying through your keys) i would nonetheless be very depressed
--will he be more entertaining than previous 21st century doctors? probably. i sure hope so!

but damned if i did not spend the last 7 seasons learning that the doctor is greatest when he's the most merciful
and it saddens me to think of one that may (assuming we share an understanding of "dark" by which i mean hollywood dark ) be more combative than he is loving
.......................on the other hand, it certainly makes contextual sense. he had been fighting for centuries and thus his regeneration was birthed in battle. not to mention
.......................and it would certainly make for excellent viewing, to see a 'dark'/militant doctor be coaxed into doctoring again

god i cant wait
still another couple of weeks yet

i meant dark as in a more introspective doctor. there are hints that he either loses his memory or is having a crisis (am I good or bad?)

also i've read a theory that he might be the beginning of Valeyard, I have never seen the old series but I've read a bit about him and sounded pretty awesome

cant wait for capaldi!!

**tannerninja rolled image** I was very confused for about entire trailer after he said he was over 2000 years old, but then I remembered the last special..

Also no sexual tension between the doctor and companion?? this hasn't happened for 1000's of years!!

how long did he stay in that planet? wasnt it only 300 years? that would make him about 1500 years old

Also: FINALLY NO SEXUAL TENSION
