Yes, that's why there are so many MORE people dying of horrible preventable illnesses these days.

Doctors get commission/paid on the amount of some medicine they subscribe to patients.

Same as dentists. They get paid for endorsing certain brands.

Trust me, I'm a Marketer.

The medical system is a corrupted business.
I'm not saying you shouldn't trust a doctor, but if there were no sick people, medical companies wouldn't make any money, and this is obviously not in their interest.

So, because a minority of people in the field are dirty, we should all just die?

Let me tell you a little story...My family and I lived in a small but wealthy town. My father worked as a doctor there. One day, a man came in saying his ear was hurting terribly. My father checked his ear, gave him him a bottle of medicine, and charged him quite a bit of money. 2 weeks later, the man came back saying the medicine helped ease the pain, but that he ran out and the pain returned. So my father checked his ear again, got another bottle of medicine, and charged him heavily again. Every other week, the man came back and my father would do the same thing. Anyway, eventually I graduated and got sent to college. I decided to study medicine to follow in my old man's footsteps. Once I got my doctorate, I returned to the town where my dad worked and set up a clinic there, since my father had retired by then. The man with pained ear came to my clinic and told me about the pain. I checked his ear and saw a tiny, plump, almost-unnoticeable leech in his ear. I applied a little bit of a lotion and removed the leech after a few minutes. I gave the man a medicine. after 2 days, the man returned ecstatic saying the pain was finally completely gone. I gave my father a visit, and told him about the man and the leech. I asked him, "There was just a simple leech in there. Why did you not just take it out and spare the old guy the pain and money?" My father answered, "Well, for your information, if it weren't for that leech, you wouldn't have found out about it in the first place. That leech payed for your college and university tuition.

Because our doctors don't get paid for everyone they cure...
They get paid a certain amount regardless of how many people they help...

Because some people, believe it or not, actually care about the health of others.

And it's not like they wont make any money just because you use better quality tooth paste.

Right gais?
...gais?

Pic related.

As your account ages, your name will become bluer.

Any type of professional who tries to help you be better in any way makes money off of your state before whatever treatment they specialize in. Go crazy with the specifics.
