Seriously, don't watch the movie until you read the graphic novel a few times first (one time is sufficient, though). It's one of the smartest books/comics, I've ever read. I don't really read comics like that, but Watchmen was one of my first. It set the bar WAY too high for all of the other comics I've read. It seriously that good.

Read, the comics first, the movie was really just average at best, and pretty bad at times (the sex scene is probably the worst sex scene ever put to film.)

I usually cook two for 3:30 and don't get any cold spots. The cheese is basically molten actually.

He is a victim of his own experiment that went horribly wrong causing his skin to be deformed and also causing him to be insane. He has regeneration abilities similar to Wolverine (not perfect, but close enough for an already deformed body.) And is also very well armed. He is generally weak compared to other heroes, but he generally doesn't give a fuck.

To get to the point, he is a mercenary, but he gets the job done how he wants to.

Yeah, he tried to cure his cancer with his experiment that went horribly wrong.

he had cancer so he volunteered for weapon x which promised to cure him. the procedure gave him wolverines healing factor to fight the cancer, but it also gave it to his cancerous cells which causes them to kind of have a neverending battle. the resulting pain drove him insane although he was never really that sane to begin with. his healing factor is considered stronger than wolverines because it is mentally driven to a point. he is capable of deadlifting over 500 pounds due to extensive excersising. he is trained in every type of martial arts known to man and in most forms of weaponry. it has been said that he could be the most dangerous person in all of the marvel universe if he wasn't so insane. don't go spouting bullshit info in front of hardcore fans.
