one that uses bandit knife/other high crit dagger/sword use of a bow maybe dragon great bow and uses hornet ring and hawk ring/ dark grain ring(the one that modifies your roll t flip at 25%burden and below
I just built a faith thief that caps at 125 and uses darkmoon blade to buff a plus 15 Bandits knife. It wears brass set with thief mask and ninja flips. You'll be able to throw a bow in that's light and swap the Dark wood ring for the hornet ring. It uses havels to wear the armor. I can make it lighter if you want. It also has wrath of the gods, tranquil walk of peace and a plus 5 lighting balder side sword, as well as Sunlight blade for other lighting damage.
SL 712 and on NG+15 here,
if youre looking for the easiest way through the game friend then here is what i recommend:
vitality, and lots of it, its the only thing that truly makes you harder to kill.
many people make the mistake of going for strength or dexterity for their damage,
rookie mistake, strength and dexterity only increase your damage by one or 2 points per level. even if your damage is only 150-200, 1 or 2 a level wont make much of a difference. get your str/dex high enough to use a decent weapon (zweihander after graveyard suicide run (use 2 hands)) then stack points in vit till 40 while upgrading the zweihander at the blacksmith. past that work on endurance up to 40, THEN begin on str/dex. by this point you should have a zweihander+15 or lightining etc. simplest way to blaze through the game.
i may check back in a couple of days to see how if you took my advice and how it worked,
(i did math for you to post this!)good luck friend
i looked n the wiki and afte r40 vit or so the points it is increased by is lowered ive max out max stam bar 40 end have like a 43 or so str and using the black knight great axe and not sure how much vit i have
that is true, thats why i recommended you only go up to 40,
if youre looking to PVE, then you seem to have done great for yourself, just spike up that vitality to 40 then you can mess around with the other stats as much as you like (or rather, vitality to 50)
if youre looking to PVP then vitality all the way up to 99, endurance high enough to use a set with decent poise at full speed (atleast 72 poise so you can take one hit from a zweihander without flinching) and then strength up to 99.
highly recommend the great club+15 as a str build pvp weapon,S bonus to strength with a strong base, and quite light. use that with the hornet's ring and havel's ring, learn your backstabs. you will 1 hit most people, the poise is to get behind them. later on level faith or int so you can enchant the club, easily hit for 2800 dmg while enchanted with sunlight blade with 99 faith. DO NOT use its r1 or r2 attacks, youre just begging for a backstab. couple it with a lightning shotel for little bits left
easiest way to get behind someone is to sprint in the direction of the hand holding the shield, and as soon as you get behind em while locked on the camera turns instantly and you have a split second to land that backstap. hard first, but easy as pie now. you will most likely get hit once while running there, but thats ok, take the hit, (thats what the poise is for) get behind and end them.
I've always favored very high strength. I'm currently two handing everything with the dragon tooth. That **** is scary. I'm working up to the demon king great axe
