Dude, look in the thread, it's mentioned multiple times it is monster hunter.
Anyway, it's made for playstation 2, psp, wii (which only has tri, which kinda sucks), and wii U and 3ds. They do have monster hunter 4 coming to the west early next year, and a online mmo that I think is being released to the rest. Give me a bit and I'll find out.

It is literally what you make it. You can fight from a distance with the use of bows and bowguns, or you can get up close and personal with close range weapons. If you want, I can tell you each weapon class and their perks. You can also focus on raw damage, elemental damage, or status effects. There is much diversity in how you fight, and some monsters are just crazy fights.

Anyway, they are releasing a monster hunter mmo to the west, but there is no set date. The site I went to said it will be free, but will most likely require some update form those who may not play many pc games. There will also be a huge amount of monsters to hunt.

Technically, nobody can. In the series, anyone who goes into the area effectively becomes immortal, but in the lore, if they die in Body form they become a ghost, and if they die in Soul form they become a black phantom.

The thing is, because that would end the game for you, it just passes it off that your will is stronger than most, so you resist becoming a black phantom for as long as you need to with your health slowly going lower and lower each time.

That's Demon's Souls. In Dark Souls, humanity is cursed with the darksign, which causes them to be reborn upon death until, after dying over and over again, they give up hope and become hollow. The only reason your character in Dark Souls doesn't go hollow is because of his undying determination to keep moving forward.

Wyverns: A wyvern (/ˈwaɪvərn/ WEYE-vərn), sometimes spelled wivern, is a legendary winged creature with a dragon's head, which may be said to breathe fire or possess a venomous bite, a reptilian body, two legs (sometimes none), and a barbed tail. A sea-dwelling variant, termed the sea-wyvern, has a fish tail in place of a barbed dragon's tail.

Drakes: A drake is type of fairy figure found across European folklore that mixes the characteristics of fairy beings and dragons.

Pic is a wyvern.

duude everyone does that, no shame in it but do you honestly have fun doing that? If not then try what I do, kill the flexile sentry twice, use its souls to make 2 Warped swords from Straid of olaphis, dual wield them with 44 str and 50 dex while in dragon form, you should also use the red tearstone ring, if red tearstone is active and you do the dragon roar, the power stance power attack with the warped swords does about 2200 damage for me if both hits connect, THAT is how you be a dragon. Dual warped swords and dual ceastus' are my weapons of choice

when you dual wield, if you have enough strength and two weapons in the same class, you can power stance, which does a good amount of damage, two handing should be reserved for bigger weapons, hell you can even power stance ultra greatswords if you have enough strength, curved swords are by far the coolest thing to dual wield, check out my character

you just gotta hold Y/triangle, and if you dont two hand your left hand weapon, you'll instead raise both weapons a bit and from there, LB and LT/L1 and L2 are the power stance attacks, you have to have 1.5% of the strength requirement for a weapon, ie if a weapon needs 10 strength, you need to have 15 str to power stance it
