Obama actually has a real problem with stuttering its not just stress but he has to wear a small hearing aid like device in one ear that will broadcast what he says into his mic and so he can hear himself better and thats how he deals with his stuttering problem overwise if he cant hear himself talk clearly he'd talk like a drunk man.
