masdercheef (12/19/2015) [-] Never been able to successfully target them with VATS, not sure if it's even possible. You might get lucky with a free shot, somehow. If you happen to be firing a minigun toward the end of the Fat Man when they fire, perhaps, or if you hit the area with an explosive just right.
