Artefact (Sheriff's Badge) has a good thematic ring to it and vengeance to the whitehat who put me on the gallows
Elemental Magic (Metal)/Magical Defense/Presence/Paralysis/Speed/Vanishing/Trapped Within that area people will end up as target practice
Nemesis/Hunter an outlaw will always have an interesting life, and in this case unlife. Ahabs make the genre fun for a reason.
I will take after Bob Munden and Jerry Miculek, but mixed with some of the spree killers in the USA.
