I figure this demon doesn't make much of a mess anyway, so her laziness isn't going to bother me in that respect.
There's also the fact that she's not sexually actives, I imagine that would be quite painful to have with demons.

Estate - Live in an apartment.
Career - Work in retail (General idea to keep working at the Game store if I liked it.)

I believe that nothing can't be solved with violence. , then take the fancy mansion redecorate it to my taste , take Succubi maids I'll take Big D's word on them being good all-around , And probably live off the Colosseum, assuming I get paid for winning battles. Plus, it'll be nice to see my former mentor at least once in while. Though, imagine the kind of crap I could learn from Big D by being her slave... Decisions, decisions...

It'd be nice to have a roomie who's that laid-back, and someone who enjoys the slow stuff in bed is fine by me. As for running the game shop, it doesn't seem that bad of a deal, especially with me being the type of guy I am. Sure, it'd suck on release days, but if the shop's as popular as she says, there's probably other staff than just the manager.
As for the one year later stuff... I'd have to think about that.

the contract is for eternity so if I somehow get her to hate me or vice versa, I'd be screwed. (this should be ok since I'd be allowed to make her MY slave, but in reality this will not be how our relationship goes)
so I'll keep living with her in that awesome flying thing.

Fallen Angels, because taking Lynneth as my slave ensures no need for any of them for science-y reasons, so simply for the "change-of-heart" aspect.
Be My Slave, for the same science-y reasons, plus get to eventually rule hell and that means they all get to be your slaves if you want to force them/you can go back and do any of the other career paths because you co-rule hell.
Going to be there for the rest of eternity, why not make it a pleasurable and enjoyable one.
