**** like this makes me ******* furious.
Right now, I'm 308lbs was actually 310.6 lbs yesterday. 0-100 ***** real quick and I'm doing all I can to lose this weight. And the reason that I have all this unwanted fat is because as a kid, I was given anything I wanted to eat. Mac and Cheese? Sure, why not. Top Ramen? Go for it, bud. I was just eating absolute **** all the time and my parents never taught me about healthy eating habits.
It made me become antisocial in elementary school because no one wanted to play with the fat kid. I couldn't run, I couldn't play any sports. Everyone laughed at me in gym. I think all throughout elementary school, I had a total of 5 friends.
It was better in middle school because I was finally in classes that I was interested in, with like-minded people. But my bad eating continued, and I just got bigger and bigger. I've been over 300lbs for at least 6 years. I finally started eating healthier last year with portion control and worked out pretty regularly but all that went out the window when I had to travel 1.5 hours every day for work . Now that I have free time while waiting for school to start, I actually have a good diet going and I'm exercising regularly.
I hate being fat. Always have.

People like this are why this country is slowing killing itself. Whenever you tell someone that "fat is beautiful" or "beautiful in all sizes" you are actively promoting heart disease, diabetes, respiratory disease and organ failure. You are killing America. You are killing children.
Fat isn't beautiful.
Healthy is beautiful.

My friend Ricky was 345 and in what seems like no time (to me, sure it was longer for him), he dropped so much weight it's unrecognizable. It's amazing and he did it with that insanity workout thing. If you're interested, I'm sure he could send me some before and afters. It's possible man and I'm routing for you
