at the end of the anime yes she is alive, in the manga it carries to well over 300 chapters and at the end he kills her. the anime never went that far.

Why would you want to have sex with Lucy? I mean I know she's hot and all but it would be physically impossible for you to unless you were to knock her out long enough or kill her, but even that is impossible knowing her power. If you did end up killing her then that would just be necrophilia, so how on earth would you plan on doing that?(having sex that is)

Well I guess I can understand that, but personally I wouldn't just out of pure respect for the character. She has gone though a lot in her short life.
