Romney isn't the president. During Bush's kim jongistration, whenever someone made a threat against him it wasn't taken lightly. Romney is as of this moment considered a normal citizen as he currently does not hold any political office.

Legally, there's a whole lot different between posting death-threads against the president, and the president candidate from the Republican party.
Besides, I hope Romney gets elected, just so people will realize what he really stands for, and hopefully start to riot against him, because that's the only way, american politics will ever change.

As a relatively hardcore left-winger, I don't like any of them, but they were chosen by the people, people have to respect the choice of their country, regardless of the one who wins. I still think the attention of the media and secret services were a little unnecessary, though. People say stupid things everytime.

Death threats are given out against politicians every day. If the media freaked out at every one, that's all we'd see on every news station every day all day. So, with all due respect, stop freaking out. I'm neither for Obama nor Romney, I'm neutral, but I'm tired of the personal attacks against each candidate. Give me what each candidate is standing for and nothing else, I'll make my opinion from there. We're electing someone based on their political decisions, not their personal decisions. People seem to forget that all the time.
