Easy way to fix all this shit:

If you make money, you pay taxes. No tax breaks or other such bullshit. If you make money, you pay money.

Those that make more money pay more money. Again, none of this bullshit about the myriad of ways the rich get out of paying their fucking taxes. You don't pay your taxes, you'd better hope to Odin you've got a grip of steel so you don't drop that motherfucking bar of soap.

Lastly, if your IQ is below a certain level, you get a bullet in the head or a one-way flight to somewhere else. The Moon would be a great place to send the criminally stupid. Does this necessarily help fix the system? Fuck yes it does--people have more money to pay their taxes with when they don't have to take care of their retarded offspring. If you're too stupid to be expected to contribute, you don't get to benefit from the system. No more free rides, goddammit.
