I have 110 employees under me that I'm responsible for. Fire a white guy and he'll at worst say "Fuck off" and walk out. Fire a black woman and she'll yell all the way out the door, then contact the EEOC. I fired one girl when I caught her sleeping on the job. I woke her up and she was too fuckin drunk to answer me. So I send her for a physical. She refuses because she knows she'll get popped for drinking. She leaves and doesn't come back. She filed an EEOC claim against me. I didn't fire her for being drunk, or asleep, it's because she's black. Oh here's another fun one. I have had 10-15 people in the last 6 months file for unemployment while working for me, then when they get their hearing, they quit. They STILL win the hearing. All of them but one, the only white person who tried. He was shot down quickly. the blacks? Perfectly acceptable.

I worked at Subway for a while.
Only white suburban faggot douchebag kids with tilted hats and stickers still on the top, along with baggy, sagging pants and talked black did.
All the black people that came in always paid for their shit and they were respectful and nice.

Now before we jump on the anon is racist band wagon, I'm not, I have many friends of all different cultures and in particular one of my uncles is a black man.
But
The thing that infuriates me about some black people, particularly those who wear their trousers low, start on any one who looks in their general direction, get on the train blaring their shitty music, mug people and carry knives, is the fact that they claim to not have a chance in life because they are "Black".
People won't give me a job because i'm black, people treat me like an idiot because I'm black. I'm sorry but I feel "the black card" is null and void. We have a fucking black president for crying out loud. I work in an office in london, and there are plenty of black men and black women in suits, talking like well mannered well raised people. They work hard, and they contribute to society. Some black people use the fact they are black as an excuse to not persevere in life, they have no goals or dreams and they are happy to lounge around all day, stealing and stabbing. Then they tell you it's because they are black that they have to do that.. No! It's because you are fucking lazy wastes of space, who didn't pay attention in school, never tried hard and never attempted to get a job. Don't get me wrong, as I know there are plenty of white people out there who act the same, speak in the same incoherent drivel "tlkin lyk dat, man", but they don't have the luxury of saying they have no opportunities because they are black.. they are looked at the way they should be looked at.. Like a fucking idiot.
