I'm not sure what you're trying to say here.
It is a 1/1000 chance for you to get quads.
If you want someone to roll the same number you rolled, he has a 1/10 000 chance to do it, the same as the chance for quints.
The chance for this happening for any one pair of quads is 1/10 000 000

roll 4 10 sides dices, one at the time, the first number is a random number ofc, lets say its a 6, now its a 1/10 chanse that yhe next dice you roll is a 6, lets say we get it, now that is a 1/0 chanse dubs, its a 1/10 chanse to get another 6, lets say we roll that again, 1/10 (our random 6,6dubs) x 10 (our third 6 with a 1/10 chanse) = 1/100 (6,6,6)
now it's still a 1/10 chanse to get our next 6, 1/100 x 10 = 1/1000, that is 6,6,6,6 a random quad
this is basic math.

Yes...?
He rolled 3, 5 times. Not 4
You need to have 5 10 sided dice.
1. First number is 3
2. To roll it again is 1/10.
3. To roll it again is 1/10 but the chance of you getting both 3s is 1/100
4. To roll 3 again is once again 1/10 but the chance to roll all 3 threes is 1/1000
5. And again is 1/10 000
That's all 5 of his rolls. 1/10 000 chance is equivalent to rolling quints.
I have no idea what you're trying to get at here.
Yes, rolling any one particular number when rolling a 4 digit number is 1/10 000 whether it is quads or not. If I roll 1234 and then you get 1234, that's 1/10 000.
Are you arguing with me or what? Because none of what you just said really disagreed with anything I said.
