What 'results' would one hope to get from this? Unless they are relatively new to training, they won't see much size gain from this. Perhaps a little definition, but nothing beats free weights.

Not bad but i would say instead do 50 crunches for every 10 supermans. The supermans if done incorrectly could injure your back.
