The story is the most fantastic thing that's happened to games in a very long time. Keep going, friend, it's worth it

The game's gameplay gets a bit annoying as each fight begins to become the same thing depending on your style "Throw Vigor, shoot gun while enemy is stunned from Vigor" repeat, repeat, repeat.

The story is where the game shines. The Story is simply beautiful.

How was the story so great?.. I mean, I enjoyed It well enough.. But It kind of made me feel like I played the whole game for nothing, and Booker was simply meaningless.. Does no one else feel this way?

I was playing the game and I got really into using the sniper rifle and I was kickin' ass. Then I ran out and couldn't find more ammo so I had to use my shot gun but all the enemies were so far away it did crap all. That section of the game of improvisation and experimentation was so great that actually ended up switching how I played the rest of the game. I love moments like that.

A similar thing happened with me, except I didn't have to run out of ammo to realize it; a few fights after getting the sniper I realized that I was going to run out of ammo so I'd just kill the first guy in a fight with my sniper or hand cannon, switch sniper with what he had, use it for fight, then go back for my sniper. Any Handymen (since they were by far the hardest enemies out of no where) I'd use my hand cannon for.

Also, I always forgot which vigor was which hotkey, so in the heat of battle I'd just slam a number and use whatever came up. So there was that.
