With 2016 right around the corner, there's a whole new wave of Gen 2 Bonkles coming out. When I thought about that I realized that I hadn't even really touched the first sets since I bought them. That needed to change. So I put together this guy, really quickly too, only spent a few days on him. I'm actually really happy with him, being as simple and quickly made as his is.
I stayed as true as possible to the original set, while making a couple cosmetic changes, mostly to the torso.

Head design. It's wierd that his neck connects from the back of his head, but meh, I like it. Plus it let's me put a Trans piece representing his eye stalk. Doesn't flick the mask off though.

Yea, CCBS parts are kinda meh, they leave a lot of gaps. They did a little better than hero factory with these though, and the 2016 sets use more technic. Plus the connectors are neat looking.
