Does anyone remember when Mc Donalds gave them away with Happy Meals?

Those also transformed into that hover bike mode, and the Bohrok turned into balls, knowing how to make them in to the spheres made you the coolest kid on the block

I think 2 of the happy meals is still in my old toy box
#12 to #11 - flopshel (07/20/2014) [-]

I got a couple from happy meals but they weren't buildable. They were just somewhat articulated lumps of plastic made to look like they were made out of lego.

**** yeah! Bionicle! Here's a McDonald's Toa Kongu.

So many memories....that online game! I remember I'd spend hours reading about the Bionicle universe on the wiki!

It was upside down. Sorry!

Rahkshi were cool, but Bohrok were where it was at, man. I ******* loved these things. You could even put the mask inside of them on the Toa.

As a 6 year old I took about 4 of those along with 4 of whatever came after them, and combined them all. Even as an adult, I'm still proud of my 6 year old self.
#105 to #17 - KBD (07/21/2014) [-]
**** ! I used to have ALL of the bohrok, and now I think I either foolishly discarded them or lost them or something... Man! Kicking myself in the ass over that, these were literally the coolest.

Dude Bionicles were the **** !

I actually got one of these masks in a box when I was very young, I thought it was a normal mask and lost it. If only I had known it was "rare" and "valuable".

Not really no. Currently preparing for my next project of turning a HMM (High Master Model) Saber Tiger Zoid and a Tomy Brastle Tiger Zoid into a make shift HMM Brastle Tiger.

<- Picture of someone else's attempt at it with a HMM Great Saber and a Black Brastle Tiger.

I'm going to try doing one with the Genesis Brastle Tiger which is essentially silver. img3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20081214032037/zoids/images/a/ae/Brastle.jpg

May make progress content on here when I work on it.

Man I was so into Bionicle as a kid and I used to love taking my existing models apart and make new **** with them. I remember wishing that they would just sell random parts in big containers for people to build stuff with them.

>Mfw seeing the big plastic jars at Toys R Us with the Bionicle pieces in them for the first time and finding out they actually existed
