When I say I'm an idiot at technology I mean it. I don't know how to download anything from Pirate Bay and even if I could I wouldn't know how to watch it after I downloaded it.

Just get a torrenting file such as BitTorrent. Then find the file you want on that site and click download. When you download it comes as a video file usually so Windows Media Player will be able to play it. Sometimes it may come zipped, just use WinRAR to unzip it.
