How old is everyone in the promise do you think? or how many years after The Last Airbender is this?

I'd assume it takes place a few weeks, maybe months after the events of The Last Airbender. The latest I'd go is 1 or 2 years. So not too much older then they are now.

The only reason I say that is because nothing has really changed.
You'll see what I mean while reading.
