The difference is: Avatar is an in-depth cartoon (As redundant as that sounds) that has a lot of inside jokes, events and complex characters. I love the show and how awesome it is (don't... compare it to ponies) But with a whole bunch of faggy fans that ONLY like it because FJ likes it... God I would kill myself. Let's just hope it doesn't come to the level that people are denying Avatar because of numerous posts.

I'm not defending Avatar posts, I'm defending the show. I'm saying people are exploiting the inside jokes to a degree that it's poor taste. It is an in depth, wonderful cartoon however. I'm just asking for you not to compare to ponies. I don't like all the Avatar posts either. There's no argument. I see your point, but it's basically the same as mine.

Thank you for seeing eye to eye with me on the basic argument, but in all honesty, there is one thing i would like to point out. The 4th gen. of MLP, like Avatar, is in depth (More so in character development than plot though) and also has inside jokes, most of which are created by the fandom, such as Fluttertree, Derpy, and Vinyl Scratch's eyes. Now I'm not disagreeing with you in any way, I'm merely stating that using the previously stated argument in reality holds no water due the similarities presented above, and that statement that they shouldn't be compared is a bit off, but I see where you're coming from, I on;y wanted to speak my mind.

i still havent started legend of korra its because of these 2 gifs i have, i fucking cryed my eyes out when ash had to let butterfree go in pokemon when i was a young kid i fear that i might be overcome with feels if these gifs are taken from the show, i mean i know the old katara is taken from the show but if they show the flashbacks i dont think i will be able to keep my composure (dont care if this makes me look like a pussy they are manly tears)
