On the wikia he is listed as a young adult. So lets say he's 25 or something and Zuko is 87 (according to the wikia) that means that Zuko would of had him at around 67 which is highly unlikely (then again, weird stuff does happen in the world of bending). It's been confirmed that he has a daughter and only a daughter who is the new firelord, so it's more possible that it's Zuko's grandson.

Just what I think.
