Okay, so Tarrlok and Yakone and most: likely dead...
In the series they haven' t introduced and new bad guys
so really all LOK has to go into the next season is
This crazy bastard
And Aang' s daughter that has yet to be revealed but how
are they going to make 3 more seasons based on that?
I just want to hear from fellow Fjers on what they
think is going to happen in the next season :1
Post what you think as a comment, i wana get the View
points of some people who love the series as much as
DC by me i guess
Now heres Pabu :3

Tarrlok's former task force is expanded into an entire secret police force in order to deal with the still smoldering Equalist revolution. The bender-led government slowly becomes more and more tyrannical in its attempts to stamp the revolution out, mirroring the Equalist rhetoric from earlier in the series. Asami, the copperhead that she is, rises to power within the secret police, driven by her daddy issues. In an attempt to make-up for her daddy's crimes, she creates an ironic situation of non-benders oppressing other non-benders. Korra is eventually forced to intervene, but still has pity for her.
The big climax will be when Mako or Bolin discovers a plot by the secret police to assassinate a foreign dignitary (perhaps the Firelord, seeing as she's likely Iroh's mother) and pin the blame on the Equalists, securing support from other nations to wipe the Equalists out. They now find themselves at odds with Asami, who finally gets the chance to betray Team Avatar that she never was quite driven to do so during the first season. A friend becoming an enemy, classic dramatic irony.

Pabu's going to go apeshit and he and Nagga are going to the world. The world will know an unknown era of peace, since everyone loves them.

It´s gonna be awesome no matter what they do. I was sceptical at first at LoK, but when I saw it, I turned around completely. They brought all the good things from LoA to LoK. I am certain they will deliver an amazing second season.
Keep in mind that book 2 of LoA also didn´t have a major bad guy. Book 1 was Zuko and book 3 was Azula+Ozai. Book two was used to introduce new characters, like Toph and to go deeper into the group relations. I'm thinking they're going to do the same thing here, adding Bumi while also adding more depth to all characters (bumi adding more to the family history of tenzin, possibly even the daughter of zuko and thus zuko himself which also leads to Iroh). I'm looking forward to hearing about the background of all the characters and more background on the old characters from LoA.
Sorry for the long read! Here's a gif!

Stargate SG-1 end of Season 8, Goa'uld defeated, galaxy is free from oppression. Nope Season 9 new bad guys Ori.
Supernatural end of Season 5, Apocalypse stopped everything is back to normal. Nope problems in Heaven and release of Leviathans.
Doctor Who, end of Season 4 stops Daleks from wiping out all of reality. Doctor Who, End of Time stops the Time Lords from ending of reality and becoming Gods. Doctor Who Season 5 Doctor Who recreates the universe with the Big Bang 2.
It's not hard to bring in something new to a TV show.

Korra has to learn metal bending, lightning, and blood/healing, plus maybe some unrevealed advanced airbending. Zuko will make an appearance for lightning instruction on redirection. bad guys, who knows. leftover equalists, because Amon did have a good point, or the crime web in republic city, or new guys
Air's sub element still hasn't been discovered. I feel like korra will figure it out now that her airbending block is gone.
There are some unsolved issues between asami and mako.. They never technically broke up...
Bolin needs to beat the living fuck out of mako... Wont happen but hey it's nice to dream..
and the creators of this show are really good. I wouldn't put it past them.... Azula is most likely still alive since using sozins comet extends a firebenders life... Aang most likely took her bending but maybe she'll make an appearance as an antagonist. it can go anywhere really.

theyll bring something into play. remember she just found the spirit realm i bet bad shit comes from there.
While Amon is dead the Equalists still exist. It is possible that somebody will replace Amon.
Another possibility is that one of the other four nations will attack now that Republic City is weakened after what the Equalists did at the end of the first season.

**defesede rolled a random image posted in comment #1 at little 'tia ** This is the new enemy
I would put money on a story arc where benders who were pissed off by the equalists try to subjugate the hell out of nonbenders.
