Thoughts on the new episode?
Re-uploading into bending time.

Am I the only one who felt that the episode felt more like a series finale, rather than just a season finale? They tied up everything, and left no little teasers at the end.
Anyone catch the tears in Amon's eyes before Tarlokk killed them both? That was , for me, the most emotional part of the series. "Just like the good times". Manly tears

I shat bricks. When Korra started air bending Amon I was just sitting there pointing and laughing at that mother fucker. I felt bad when Tarrlok(Or however it's spelled) killed himself to ensure his brother's death though...
I wish Amon had lived to see Korra get her bending back too, just like a big final FUCK YOU... I don't know I'm just ranting because it was fucking awesome.

GUYS. DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS?!
TAHNO GETS HIS BENDING BACK BITCH. PRIVATE LESSONS MOTHERFUCKER
TAHNO GETS HIS BENDING BACK BITCH. PRIVATE LESSONS MOTHERFUCKER
That was fucking amazing. I gained so much more respect for Mako, Asami, Bolin, Tarrlok, and Korra. It's kind of sad that Asami's basically going to have to get her heart broken, but I really wanted Makorra, so I'm happy at the same time. I just hope Asami stays on the team, and maybe, possibly, gets with Bolin? Also, I almost cried when Lin got her bending back.
i almost peed myself
the ending seemed very tragic and sad, but the second i heard aang's voice, i almost cried.
i'd love to tell you more, but i'm kinda tired

I almost cried when Tarrlock killed himself (Or we think?) to kill Amon. I also almost felt bad for Amon at the end, sincerely, because he was just a normal boy like the rest. It seems like it was just Yakone speaking through Amon, and when he was discovered, he went back to being himself. I was also kind of disappointed that Korra didn't go in the avatar state while fighting Amon.

i literally jumped back and did the "WTF WTF WTF" hand gesture, with my arms flopping around all over the place when Aang was like "YOU CALLED ME BIEATCH"
One of the best Avatar season finales for sure.
It answered all the questions I had.

Am I the only one who thought Korra being able to give people bending back is a huge cop out? It removes any lasting consequences Amon could have on Republic City, and it retroactively makes him a lame villain. Literally everything he did can be undone easily now. I'd be okay with Korra getting her bending back by visiting the spirit world or through Aang, but this just seems like such a lazy thing for the writers to do.
I loved the episode and the show, but still.

I am fukin disapoint!!!!
Korra can do everything, like everything ._. I mean, Aang was still a clumsy kid after 1st book and had much to learn and discover. Well, Korra can bend perfectly, can connect her spiritual state, give back bending, she will even fuck Mako ...
And they've put shitloads of info in those little 2 episode, what u think? * head exploding from too much info*

How can they set up an interesting season 2?
Korra has all four elements.
Amon is dead, or at least won't be able to get followers since he's been discovered.
Korra can restore bending, so no problems there.
The Equalists have all shut down, more or less. Still waant equality, yes, but no more violence.
The only thing that would be interesting that I can think of is Spirits vs. mortals, and that I cannot imagine without the original cast.

I was a little disappointed with Amon's true identity. Also the fact that there are no cliffhangers for season 2 so they have to come up with new enemies. And I absolutely hate how mako just forgot about Asami.Plus i shipped Borra, yep pretty much a big let down at the end,but i did enjoy the episode as a whole.

i was thinking that once she unlocked airbending, she could start over and we would get the other 3 books (fire/water/earth) as she relearned the other elements.... or the show could just end early, that works too.

I was fucking disappointed with this whole damn series, what Korra accomplished in 12 episodes is what they stretched out for Aang in the entire ATLA
BUT ANON, THAT MAKES KORRA AWESOME!!!
no it does not, it makes her a rushed, half assed, severly underdeveloped character, plot, and story
seriously did they have M. Night Shamalamadingdong help write this series?
oh wait, LoK was scheduled to be a MINISERIES
