lets think about how the avatar is born. the old avatar dies so the new is born. but the soul goes to the new avatar from the old one. lets say the the next avatar is chosen by the first breath of the new avatar. so the soul goes in the the new one but the child already has a soul a no-avatar one. so the no-avatar soul is lost so a new avatar can be born. all the soul of those children are lost forever were do they go no where their lost forever.
